Barrett-Jackson Auction; Scottsdale, AZ
Brad and Michael Go Car Crazy!

Each January the owner of Bonneville WorldWide, Inc,
Brad J. Fanshaw becomes entranced with what he calls the world's best "Car Party"!

The Barrett-Jackson Auction is held each year in Scottsdale, Arizona at the WestWorld horse and polo grounds. The 387-acre event site is also host to the Goodguys hot rod show twice a year. For the auction it is transformed into a car lovers paradise with over 2000 cars consigned and 250 vendor booths! A virtual city of first class event tents are constructed to house the Chrysler car show, auction stage and many vendors.

Brad has been attending the Barrett-Jackson event for the last 16 years and has seen it grow into a premier event with every kind of motorsport and type of car represented. While President of Boyds Wheels/Hot Rods by Boyd, he decided it was the place to sell the "Aluma-Coupe" and the following year the '33 Ford that appeared on the cover of "Smithsonian". His Baldwin-Motion Vega, one of his favorite musclecars, was also sold at the auction prior to his purchase of the car.

This years event was held January 19-23 and Brad introduced Bonneville co-owner Michael Anthony and his wife Sue to the
"Car Party". For first timers like Michael and Sue the event was overwhelming! As they made their way through the auction tent Brad, Michael and their wives saw the Chrysler exhibit which includes new cars, prototypes and restored musclecars.
The group visited vendors which included friend Bruce Cenepa with his very trick $115,000 custom Suburbans, Robb Report magazine, and everything else from Carroll Shelby's exhibit to the Bondurant racing school.

The neat thing about Barrett-Jackson is who you might see. This year Reggie Jackson, Nicholas Cage, Gary "GoodGuys" Meadors and the Bonneville guys were there. You also are going to see any kind of car you love. This year the auction included Buggati's, Hemi cars, Harley's, F1 cars, NASCAR racers and plenty of exotics.
It is a pretty safe bet you will find something you would love to have.

Just ask Michael and Sue. Thanks to Brad, who talked them into attending with him, they are now are the proud owners of a 1969 Shelby GT500 convertible. The car is "Bonneville" Orange and has a white top and interior. Typical of the quality cars for sale at the auction it is nearly perfect. Part of the excitement of buying a car at Barrett-Jackson is buying. Michael and Brad went up on the auction stage to bid on the car. "It all happened so fast, what a gas!". Was Michael's view of the experience.

Bonneville WorldWide, Inc. is more than a company that markets great products for automotive enthusiasts. It is a group of car lovers who enjoy cars, racing and wrenching just like you. Michael and Brad will be at the Barrett-Jackson "Car Party" next year. Will you?

all over the new purchase.

Michael and Sue grab a chance on Sunday to see the car in the sun, the yellow tent in the background is the main auction tent.

Brad and Michael caught scheming, we are sure the
"Bonneville" Orange musclecar will show-up in the next catalog!
